BroadView Software, provider of management, programming and traffic solutions, announced that Mari-K Kerr has joined the company as Director, Client Services. Her arrival is part of a company-wide expansion as BroadView extends its industry leadership, especially in the burgeoning OnDemand arena.

Kerr comes to BroadView after directing traffic operations at Teletoon, CanWest MediaWorks, and Alliance Atlantis Communications.

“I have championed BroadView on the client-side for many years, and now will be able to share my enthusiasm and confidence throughout the industry,” said Kerr. “Client services is the heart of the relationship we share. Excellence here takes that beyond the usual vendor/customer dynamic to a true technology partnership.”

“We have long-admired Mari-K’s work as our client, and our clients will benefit greatly from her client-centric perspective,” said Michael Atkin, BroadView Founding Partner and President. “With her extraordinary product knowledge – she’s known our software inside-and-out since DOS days – she’s able to lead her team forward to set news levels of expectation for client services througthout the industry.”

Kerr’s predecessor, Ray Bauman, is assuming new responsibilities at BroadView, taking his product knowledge and close ties with clients on the road. He is joining the growing Implementation and Training group as it gears up for new clients and projects.
