Syndicated morning man host Kidd Kraddick battled lymphoma starting in 2009, but kept it a secret from friends, family and fans. The article, “Kidd Kraddick’s Big Secret,” will be featured in the January issue of D Magazine.
David “Kidd” Kraddick only told his friend Toby Wilson about his diagnosis as he went through chemotherapy treatment. Kraddick only told his daughter after the cancer was in remission.
However, Kraddick died from heart disease on 7/27 at 53 while attending a golf tournament that was a fundraiser for his charity Kidd’s Kids.
It’s been a tough year for the show. Just last month, Psycho Shanon,” part of the YEA Networks- syndicated morning show from KISS-FM (KHKS-FM Dallas), has surgery 11/11 to remove a non-cancerous brain tumor.
