A religious organization has agreed to buy KYAR(FM), Laredo, Texas from Educational media Foundation.
Red-C Catholic Radio owns KEDC(FM), in Hearne, Texas, which is the Bryan-College Station market.
The price is $495,000 cash, according to the FCC filing.
Jon Yinger of Broadcast Properties LLC was the broker for both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.
