Radio veteran Larry Wilson has been operating stations in Portland OR for the past few years. Now he’s adding an intact five-market group under the name L & L Broadcasting in a deal with David Benjamin’s Triad Broadcasting Company.
The price will be $21 million cash.
Wilson’s Portland company is Alpha Broadcasting.
Triad’s group is comprised of 32 stations in Fargo ND-Moorhead MN, Peoria IL, Biloxi MS, Bluefield WV-VA and Savannah GA/Hilton Head SC.
