Latina Gets in Auction


GavelLate Thursday a federal appeals court decided the FCC has to let Latina Broadcasters take part in the spectrum auction.

The court said in its decision the commission has to let the broadcaster take part “provisionally,” reported Broadcasting & Cable.

Latina had filed for a stay of the auction start, we’ve reported.
