Lender brings in an all-purpose radio exec

Lee Weinstein, President of Boulder CO financial outfit US Capital Inc., has brought in a veteran of western radio to assist with the management, operation and the sale of radio stations based in Utah and Idaho. One of the Idaho stations is set to migrate over the line into Wyoming.


E. Morgan Skinner Jr. is the executive.

In a statement, Weinstein said that “…after careful consideration, the firm determined it would be in the best interests of US Capital to retain an experienced broadcast professional who is knowledgeable within the industry that knows, and understands the intricacies of the broadcast business and how to maximize station value. Skinner has demonstrated his ability to accomplish this as the former head of Legacy Communications which successfully developed and sold several broadcast stations in which US Capital was a principle lender.”
