Macy’s enters the Top 10


Media MonitorsJust in time for the holidays and according to the Media Monitors TV SPOT TEN, the #1 advertiser on Broadcast TV was Walmart with 28,011 spots. Coming in #2 was the ABC TV Network with 20,149 announcements, while Target landed at #3 with 18,954 spots. Univision was #4 airing 18,936 spots and the NBC TV Network remained at #5 with 18,321 spots. Pillsbury moved up to #6 with 16,536 spots, while McDonald’s was #7 with 16,448 ads. CBS TV Network moved up from #12 to #8 with 14,986 spots and Toyota surged from #19 to #9 running 14,950 commercials. Like a star, Macy’s soared from #30 to #10 with 13,943 spots.
