Max Media Group gets rights to Ted "Golden Voice" Williams

Max Media Group, which specializes in user-generated internet channels, has entered a letter of intent to acquire majority control of Golden Voice Media, LLC, the multimedia advertising, production and distribution company that owns the talent development rights to Ted “Golden Voice” Williams. He’s the Columbus, OH homeless man with the Golden Voice that generated national media attention. Williams had gotten offers from The Cleveland Cavaliers, MSNBC ESPN, MTV and more. As the media frenzy spun, Williams’ last appearance was the Dr. Phil show. He entered rehab afterward.

Williams has executed a talent agreement with GVM to provide his talents for use as a revenue generating vehicle for GVM. The agreement provides for 50% of gross revenue generated for any and all entertainment services, including voice-over work, television and radio production, movie, music and book publishing rights.

As part of the plan, GoldenVoicesRadio.com will be the destination site for all of its current and future radio properties and content on the first week of April. As an Internet web portal and online radio network, GV Radio will be a destination for online talk radio programming.

Max Media Group (MXMI) on the pink sheets is truly a penny stock, with its stock lately trading for less than a cent.
