Ion exchange stays on track

Ion Media Networks announced that the Delaware Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal of preferred shareholders who had previously been turned down by the Delaware Chancery Court in an attempt to block the company's exchange offer and consent solicitation. So, the exchange offer is still scheduled to expire at the stroke of midnight this Friday.
