Clear Channel has had enough
Randy Michaels’ poaching of top staffers from his former employer for Tribune Company has finally resulted in Clear Channel going to court to sue Tribune. According to the Chicago Tribune, Clear Channel sued Tribune in federal court over the hiring of Andrew Friedman for Tribune’s Internet operations. Clear Channel claims Friedman is violating a non-compete agreement and accuses him of stealing trade secrets. Tribune says the lawsuit is frivolous.
