Drug deal for Nielsen

The Nielsen Company announced a renewal through 2013 of its agreement to provide marketing information to Walgreens, the nation’s largest drugstore chain. Nielsen will provide Walgreens with category management, business planning and merchandising services. Nielsen will also provide Walgreens with a broad range of consumer data and insights, as well as Nielsen Answers Retail Edition, the first edition of Nielsen's custom analytics platform designed for retailers.
