Bank of America awards media to Starcom

Bank of America announced the selection of Starcom USA, a unit of Publicis, to manage traditional and online media strategy, planning and buying for all of the bank’s U.S. marketing activities. The announcement follows a review that was initiated in December.

Starcom will be staffed out of the agency’s Chicago office, with some expertise located in Boston. Starcom will work collaboratively with BBDO, Hill Holliday, and all of the key agency partners working on the bank’s business.
