Radio-Mercury Awards finalists named

Burger King, Colonial Williamsburg, Coke Zero, Geico and Coors ads are among the finalists for The 2008 Radio-Mercury Awards, 5/21 in LA. The 2008 finalists comprise a wide spectrum of agencies, from industry heavyweights to independent shops, including TBWA\Chiat\Day NY; BBDO New York; DDB Chicago; Energy BBDO; Saatchi & Saatchi NY; Crispin Porter + Bogusky; The Richards Group; GSD&M; Wongdoody; BVK; Damman Pearce; and Leopold Ketel & Partners.
In the station-produced category the finalists are CBS Radio/San Francisco; Clear Channel Creative Services Group; Cox Radio's WAPE-FM Jacksonville; Emmis; Lost Coast Communications and Zimmer Radio. More than 160,000 dollars in prizes will be awarded during the ceremony.
