MySpace partners with FX to air ''Operation MySpace''

Pussycat Dolls, Jessica Simpson, Disturbed, Filter and DJ Z-Trip perform and comedian Carlos Mencia hosts “Operation MySpace” 4/12, a unique concert event for the troops overseas. Sponsored by MySpace, this variety-style show, performed live from Kuwait on 3/10, will be broadcast for the first time in a condensed one-hour special on FX on 4/12 at 11 PM ET.
The event brought more than 7,000 troops serving at Camp Buehring in Kuwait a taste of home and the opportunity for MySpace to show their support for the millions of troops that use the site as a conduit to communicate with family & friends. The event will also feature behind-the-scenes moments and interviews with troops.
