Dow streak ends at eight – 03/19/10
New worries about the financial crisis in Greece sent stock prices lower on Friday, ending the eight-day streak of gains for the Dow Jones Industrial Average. The DJIA closed down 37 points, or 0.4%, at 10,741. Broadcasting stocks joined in the retreat.
The RBR Radio Index was down 19.163, or 7.2%, to 247.129.
The TVBR Television Index was down 7.841, or 5%, to 148.181.
