Beige Book makes for gray day - 7/28/10
Stock prices fell as the "Beige Book" from the Federal Reserve indicated that the economic recovery is losing steam. Also, the government's monthly report on durable goods orders was weak. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 40 points, or 0.4%, to 10,498. Broadcasting stocks were mixed.
The RBR Radio Index was up 4.795, or 1.6%, to 297.917.
The TVBR Television Index was down 5.962, or 3%, to 193.742.
