XM and Sirius delay shareholder meetings

With their long-pending merger still awaiting FCC approval, XM and Sirius Satellite Radio have put off its 2008 annual shareholders meeting. The XM meeting had been set for May 23rd and Sirius for May 20th. Both have been scrapped and no new dates scheduled.
