BIA fund raises 195 million

BIA Digital Partners says its second private equity fund exceeded its 150 million bucks target and BIA Digital Partners II LP is now a 195 million bucks mezzanine fund. The fund closed on 65 million of capital commitments from limited partners, which BIA says with leverage translates to a fund size of 195 million.
The fund is licensed by the SBA as a Small business Investment Company. The fund provides mezzanine capital for small to medium sized media, telecom, information and related business services firms in the US, with five investments concluded thus far.
