A quiet correction

Our report that the NCTA was offerning a two-month quiet period on retransmission negotiations was incorrect due to some editorial quiet confusion. The time period is correct, from 12/31/08 to 3/1/08, but the quiet refers to NCTA’s promise to avoid channel migration from analog to digital broadcast basic or expanded basic. It will also take steps to promote broadcast basic to new subscribers.
