The 50th anniversary of the launch of Star Trek is this month.
Fifty years after William Shatner (pictured, at left) made his first “Captain’s Log,” in the role of Capt. James T. Kirk, the power of Star Trek is felt across generations. This past summer, the 13th Star Trek feature film was released and has grossed over $231 million to date.
