Midwest Communications has agreed to buy the assets of WNFN(FM), licensed to Millersville — which is the Nashville market — from Joule Broadcasting, LLC.
Price and terms for the Class C3 FM were not announced and the FCC paperwork isn’t yet available.
Midwest Communications President/CEO Duke Wright said “We have enjoyed measurable success since entering the Nashville market and have no doubt that WNFN will be a terrific complement to our existing radio brands, WJXA and WCJK.”
Media Services Group was the broker representing seller Joule Broadcasting, LLC, in this transaction.
