The National Association of Broadcasters has weighed in with the District Court of Appeals on behalf of broadcasters requesting a stay of an FCC decision to make sensitive business information public in regards to two mega mergers in the MPVD arena. The FCC has been barred temporarily from making info public.
The mergers are Comcast/Time Warner Cable and AT&T/DirecTV.
