NBC so far this week, is #3 in adults

Led by Sunday’s telecast of “The 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards,” NBC averaged a 2.3 rating, 6 share in 18-49 and 7.3 million viewers overall for the week of January 11-17.


“The 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards” presented NBC with the highest 18-49 rating in its three-hour Sunday time period in five years, excluding sports telecasts, and awarded the network its biggest non-sports viewership in the slot in six years.  

“The Golden Globes” ranked #5 among all primetime telecasts this week in adults 18-49, with a 5.5 rating, 14 share in that key demo.  With an average 17.0 million viewers overall, “The Golden Globes” ranked #6 among all primetime programs this week by that measure (rankings exclude NFL post-game telecasts).

Primetime averages for the week of January 11-17 in adults 18-49 were:
CBS (4.7/13),
Fox (4.5/12),
NBC (2.3/6),
ABC (2.1/6) and
CW (0.4/1).

In overall total viewers the weekly averages were CBS (16.4 million), Fox (12.3 million), NBC (7.3 million), ABC (6.4 million) and CW (1.0 million).
