At 8 p.m. ET, “Chuck” averaged a 2.4 rating, 6 share in adults 18-49 and 6.7 million viewers in a time slot that included competition from Fox’s “House,” CBS’s comedies, ABC’s “The Bachelor” finale and Fox’s “House” encore. “Chuck” currently ranks #2 in the time period among the major networks in men 18-49.
Versus its prior telecast, “Chuck” is up 8% in 18-49 (2.4 vs. 2.2) and up 2 percent in total viewers (6.7 million vs. 6.6 million). “Chuck” virtually matched its results for the same night last year (2.4/6 in 18-49, 6.7 million viewers overall).
From 9-11 p.m. ET, a two-hour edition of “Law & Order” averaged a 2.0/5 in 18-49 and 7.7 million viewers overall in a time period that included competition from CBS’s “Two and a Half Men,” “Big Bang Theory” and “CSI: Miami,” ABC’s “Bachelor” finale and Fox’s “24.” From its first half-hour to its fourth, “Law & Order” increased its 18-49 rating by 22 percent (to a 2.2 from a 1.8) and its overall viewership by 15 percent or nearly 1.1 million persons (8.1 million vs. 7.1 million).
