From 9-11 p.m., NBC Sports’ coverage of the AT&T U.S. FIGURE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS scored a 1.0/3 in 18-49 and 5.3 million viewers overall.
From its first half-hour to its fourth, the skating coverage increased its 18-49 rating by 114 percent (to a 1.5 from a 0.7) and its overall viewership by 82 percent or 3.1 million persons (7.0 million vs. 3.9 million). Versus last year’s telecast, the event was up 25 percent in 18-49 rating (1.0 vs. 0.8) and 30 percent or 1.2 million persons in total viewers (5.3 million vs. 4.1 million).
In its concluding hour from 10-11 p.m., the AT&T U.S. FIGURE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS was #1 among the major networks in adults 18-49 (tie), men 18-49 and adults, men and women 18-34.
