Entercom Seattle welcomes Candy & Potter to anchor the morning show for The New HOT 103.7 (KHTP). As well as Kristin The Island Girl for middays. The announcement is a homecoming for Candy & Potter, as both members of this married duo were raised in the Seattle area and began their radio careers there.
Candy & Potter come to The New HOT 103.7 fresh from ratings success in Madison, WI, where they were #1 among 25-54 adults. The team previously worked in Charlotte, NC and Albany, NY after launching their radio journey at 106.1 KISS FM in Seattle under now HOT 103.7 PD Mike Preston. They start 1/22.
Kristin The Island Girl will turn up the heat on the hottest radio station in the Pacific Northwest to host middays starting 12/16. A 14-year Seattle radio vet, Kristin brings passion for the music as host of middays. Most recently, she spent over 10 years at KBKS, anchoring a consistently top 3 midday show in the Seattle market.
The New HOT 103.7 launched on 8/30 and in a few short months has already rocketed to the top of the ratings. HOT 103.7 was the number #1 station in the market with Women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 and #1 Adults 18-49 and #2 Adults 25-54, according to the last ratings book.
