The individual who has most recently served as Regional SVP/Sales for iHeartMedia in its Virginia-Carolina Region is taking his talents to The Flats and the home of LeBron James.

The No. 1 radio broadcasting company by number of stations has selected Keith Hotchkiss as its Region President for North Ohio, effective immediately.

In this Cleveland-based job, Hotchkiss will oversee iHeartMedia’s business in the region, which includes stations in Akron, Ashland, Cleveland, Defiance, Lima, Mansfield, Marion and Youngstown, Ohio.

He reports to Tom McConnell, iHeart’s President of the Midwest/Southeast Division.

“Keith is a natural leader and has a proven track record of success,” said McConnell. “His experience as a Market President, combined with his first-hand knowledge of the Northern Ohio markets makes him the perfect choice for this important role.”

Hotchkiss began his career at iHeartMedia/Cleveland. He spent 15 years working as an account executive, and later as GSM, for WAKS-FM & WMMS-FM. In 2014, Hotchkiss shifted to iHeartMedia’s Charlotte stations as Director of Sales. He was promoted to Market President the next year.

“My first job in radio was as an intern at WMMS-FM in Cleveland more than 20 years ago, so the Cleveland market and I have a long history,” Hotchkiss said. “I’m looking forward to serving the communities in the North Ohio region, and to working closely with our advertising partners to help grow their businesses.”
