Responsibilities include: preparation of broadcast agreements, production orders, proposals/1-Sheets, station/client communication, gathering information relating to specific clients and/or the AE, gathering times from stations/network and relating to the client, correspondence, and faxing as well as making travel arrangements, reservations, floral/gift deliveries, meeting arrangements, etc. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, the ability to prioritize, multi-task, anticipate needs, follow-up, communicate effectively and thoroughly with clients/stations via phone and/or email.
