Online streaming audio service Pandora has filed with the Federal Election Commission to form a PAC. According the The Hill, the filing came just days after a California court found for Turtles front men Flo and Eddie over Sirius XM in a copyright suit with serious internet implications.
Indeed, Flo and Eddie have already filed a similar suit against Pandora. And in the meantime, online streaming company Grooveshark lost a similar case in a New York court.
