Partridge Spins Arkansas AM/FM Combo

SoldNoalmark Broadcasting Corporation is adding an AM/FM combo to its El Dorado, Arkansas cluster. Media Services Group’s Bill Cate of Little Rock and Bill Whitley of Dallas were the brokers.


Edward Partridge is the seller; he has no other broadcast holdings.

The price is $600,000 cash at closing.

Noalmark owns five other El Dorado stations as well as three facilities in Magnolia, Waldo and Hampton, Arkansas. Noalmark owns seven stations in the New Mexico markets of Hobbs and Roswell.

KDMS-AM transmits 2,500 watts day/106 watts on 1290 kHz.

KLBQ-FM is a Class C3 transmitting 14,000 watts @ 299’ HAAT; the station operates on 98.7 MHz.
