There doesn’t seem to be a hue and cry (yet) over a bill to require broadcasters to submit their political file documents in a machine readable format.
But that may be for a few reasons, for one, lawmakers plan to soon depart Washington for the holidays and many eyes in the TV world are now focused on the upcoming spectrum auction.
The FCC began accepting applications Tuesday from TV owners that want to take part in the March auction.
