RADIO ONE — Thursday, November 3 10 a.m. Eastern
The Urban media specialist will host a call with investors, analysts and other interested parties.
CBS CORP. — Thursday, November 3 4:30 p.m. Eastern
CBS Corporation will report results for the third quarter of 2016 after the market closes and will then conduct a teleconference with investors and analysts.
ENTRAVISION — Thursday, November 3 5 p.m. Eastern
Entravision Communications Corp. will release its Q3 2016 financial results after market close.
ENTERCOM COMMUNICATIONS — Monday, November 7 10 a.m. Eastern
Entercom will release its Q3 2016 financial results before the market opens and will hold a conference call regarding the results that morning.
SALEM MEDIA GROUP — Monday, November 7 2 p.m. Eastern
The conservative and Christian-themed broadcasting company will release its Q3 2016 results and host a conference call to discuss the results.
NEXSTAR BROADCASTING GROUP — Tuesday, November 8 10 a.m. Eastern
The owner of television stations that is merging with Media General will report its Q3 2016 financial results before the market opens and host a conference call and webcast that morning to review the results.
SAGA COMMUNICATIONS — Tuesday, November 8. 11 a.m. Eastern.
Saga requests that all parties that have a question they would like to have answered during the conference call please send it no later than 10 a.m. Eastern on November 8 to [email protected].
CUMULUS MEDIA will host a conference call on Tuesday, November 8 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern to discuss its Q3 2016 operating results. A press release containing a summary of these results will be issued before the call at approximately 4:00 PM EST.
VIACOM — Wednesday, November 9 8:30 a.m. Eastern
In what may be a highly anticipated conference call with investors, Viacom will share its fiscal Q4 and full-year fiscal 2016 results. The conference call could be the last for Viacom without CBS Inc. in the mix: According to The Wall Street Journal, the special committee formed by Viacom’s Board of Directors to explore a potential reunification with CBS Inc. has hired Morgan Stanley to explore the possibility.
At the same time, the Journal reports that CBS’s special committee has retained Lazard as its financial adviser and Morton Pierce of White & Case as its legal counsel.
The newspaper quoted anonymous sources; Morgan Stanley, Lazard and Mr. Pierce either did not offer any comment on the rumors.
iHeartMedia Inc. — Wednesday, November 9 8:30 a.m. Eastern
iHeart and its publicly traded subsidiary, Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CCO), will release consolidated Q3 2016 results before the market opens and will host a conference call to discuss results the same day at 8:30 a.m. Eastern. This was moved from Nov. 2.
