In last week’s Media Monitors Radio Spot Ten, GEICO remained in the #1 spot with 38,647 spots. Pushing from #17 to #2 was Burger King airing 26,585 spots, while McDonald’s stayed at #3 with 26,102 spots. Walgreens moved up to #4 with 25,483 spots and AutoZone climbed to #5 24,786 spots. Nabisco stayed on radio at #6 with 23,271 spots and JCPenney leapt from #12 to #7 with 21,071 ads. The #8 slot was taken by the US Department of Justice with 20,872 spots taking about the dangers of prescription opiate and heroin use and ABC TV catapulted from #51 to #9 with 20,782 spots. Coming in #10 was CBS TV with 18,242 spots.
