Salem Communications is grabbing Radio Disney properties in two locations, and a noncom organization is picking up one in a third location as the media giant spins off three of its smaller assets.
The larger of the two deals is with Salem. It will be buying KDIS-FM Little Rock AR and KRDY-AM San Antonio TX for $2M cash.
