Close encounter in Tennessee

Broker Ed Henson of Henson Media tells us that the agreement sending WVRY-FM in Waverly TN from Salem Communications' Reach Satellite Network to Grace Broadcasting Services is a done deal. The buyer, headed by Lacy Ennis, paid 900K for the station. Grace is already active in the area with WQSE-AM White Bluff and WFGZ-FM Lobelville.
