Hawaiian aye: Hochman says yes to CP

George Hochman and partners Elizabeth Bechtel Poorman and William G Mays are getting a DIY project in Wailea-Makena HI. The CP for a Class C3 on 96.7 MHz is coming from Jon E. Robinson's JER Licenses for 600K cash. Hochman will pair the station up with KONI-FM Lanai City. Robinson will be responsible for returning a 25% bidding credit to the FCC.
