Michael Savage, on his show, has blasted some San Francisco TV stations' for refusing to air a spot he recorded for his XTRA Sports 860 AM local affiliate. The reason? According to him is his use of the word "schmuck" (fool, jerk), was somehow deemed objectionable by their ad departments.

He specifically said, “Don’t be a schmuck, listen every day.” Savage didn't mention the stations specifically, but one of its ad reps confirmed the decision to local blogger Rich Lieberman. Here's the spot on Youtube.

Savage tells RBR-TVBR: “They’ve always been schmucks…that’s why TV ratings are in the sewer and Talk Radio and Conservative outlets are booming.”
