Price revealed

Peter Davidson's foray into major market territory will take a new subsidiary of his Davidson Media Group called Blackstrap Broadcasting LLC into east coast megamarkets New York and Boston. The paperwork for the transaction has been filed with the FCC, so we now know how much Davidson will pay for the new portfolio cornerstones. Davidson will pay 20.5M for the two stations. The seller is Rose City Radio Corporation, along with Vulcan Sports Media, which had been running the stations since May 2001 under an operating agreement with Rose City.
