That's how we know that Skip Weller's GAP West is paying Clear Channel 74.776M for stations in a number of western markets, including Cheyenne/Laramie and Casper WY; Billings, Bozeman, Missoula & Shelby MT; Duluth MN-Superior WI; and Idaho Falls-Pocatello & Twin Falls ID. Meanwhile, Tom Joyner is paying 4.4M for a quintet of stations in Decatur IL. Four of the stations are actually licensed there, with the fifth nearby in Monticello IL.
