TMA/Ipsos still alive and well

We haven't heard much from The Media Audit/Ipsos lately about its Smart Cell Phone-based challenger to Arbitron's PPM. "We are very active and not at all passive," TMA Exec. VP Phillip Beswick assures RBR. He said tests will begin September 19th in London, where partner Ipsos is based, related to the TMA/Ipsos system, and he said TMA/Ipsos will be meeting with its US radio partners next month to plan panel recruitment for the coming test of the system in Houston.
