EMF lands in the TX panhandle

The bottom of the panhandle, mind you, but that is the location of the latest acquisition for voracious Educational Media Foundation. It is getting a DIY FM, too young to even have calls yet, from Morton Cochran County Educational Foundation. The 91.9 MHz facility is licensed to Morton TX, about 50 miles west of Lubbock, and is destined to grow into a strapping Class C1 with 100 kw radiating from 486' HAAT. The price is 425K.
