Arbitron get new digs

Arbitron says it has upgraded its diary processing with a new state-of-the-art facility near its Columbia, MD offices that combines several processes under a single roof. The automated packaging system, dubbed “Lucy” for the famous “I Love Lucy” assembly line episode, has been improved in recent years with additional features to protect the diary packages and ensure weight and postage for each package is accurate. The new facility also includes a high-tech inserter machine and a new state-of-the-art printer.
