The latest is unrated Frankfort, KY, where WCND-AM, WFKY-AM, WKED-FM and WKYW-FM are leaving the Clear Channel fold. The brokers at Kalil & Co. say the buyer is Forever Communications, which already has 13 stations in Kentucky and Tennessee. Its principals are Christine Hillard, Kerby Confer and Donald Alt.
