Just as he declared he will never listen to the station again when it flipped to Jack-FM two years ago, NYC Mayor Bloomberg has declared July 12 CBS-FM Returns to New York City Day in a special proclamation with seal and signature.
The station was back with a vengeance yesterday, sounding better than ever.
