Pacific Venture Investments buys Hammett & Edison
Pacific Venture Investments has acquired Hammett & Edison, one of the nation’s leading providers of engineering and technical services to the broadcast and wireless industries.
“Hammett & Edison represents an important strategic acquisition for Pacific Ventures as we continue to expand our holdings in the wireless and broadcast services sector. As H&E carries on its tradition of providing state-of-the-art wireless and broadcast solutions to some of the finest and most respected clients in the industry, I look forward to working closely with Bill Hammett to achieve our collective vision of a diverse, integrated services enterprise with global reach,” said Gary M. Lawrence, Chairman and CEO of Pacific Venture Investments.
"This is a great milestone for our company," said William F. Hammett, an equity holder and Senior VP with the new company, which will continue to operate under the venerable Hammett & Edison name. "My father founded the firm in 1952, and the partnership with Pacific Ventures ensures that Hammett & Edison will continue serving the broadcast and wireless industries for many decades to come. I'm excited for our professional staff and for our clients as we continue to expand the scope of our technical services and solutions."
