Border Media Partners announced that Jose Santos has been named Vice President of Spanish Language Radio Programming for the company, which owns a number of Spanish stations in Texas. Santos is a well-known programmer whose resume includes Univision Radio, Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation, and SBS.
