Weller, Hellum fill new Gaps

Erik Hellum is coming over from Bonneville International to take the President reins at radio group GAPWEST Broadcasting, filling a gap created as Skip Weller moves up as Managing Director at parent Gap Broadcasting Group. Essentially, Hellum will run the growing group, and Weller will try to grow it via acquisitions and upgrads.
