Lois Lloyd has been named General Manager of the employee-owned Eagle Radio stations – KCOW, KAAQ, KQSK & KCNB – in Alliance and Chadron. The radio vet fills the position left vacant by the death of Mike Garwood, who had been GM for nearly 20 years and had been with the company for 32 years.
