Fram rocks New York

Rock programming veteran Leslie Fram has gotten the nod from Emmis to serve as Program Director of the new WRXP-FM “The New York Rock Experience.” Fram previously spent 17 years as PD and morning co-host at WNNX-FM “99X” Atlanta, which Cumulus converted to HD-2 and streaming status earlier this year to put CHR WWWQ-FM on the frequency.
