Clear Channel Radio down 6%
CC Media Holdings, the new parent company of Clear Channel Communications, reports that Q2 revenues rose 2% to $1.83 billion. That was all due to Clear Channel Outdoor, where revenues gained 9% to $914.8 million. Clear Channel Radio was down 6% to $891.5 million. The company said both local and national radio ad revenues declined, while traffic and online increased.
